SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping for orders over $50

We do our best to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Extended shipping times may occur during our Black Friday - Cyber Monday event. Shipping rates are based on USPS postage rates.

Once an order has been shipped, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer. All orders are shipped with tracking, and delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Once a package is marked "delivered", we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. 

RETURN POLICY

We are sorry for the inconvenience!

 

Select merchandise can be returned within 30 days of when it is received. After 30 days, there are no returns on any items. Merchandise purchased online may be returned in person at Dutchman's Market with proof of purchase. 

 

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused with tags, in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging.

Sale items are not eligible for returns. Additional items may be exempt from being returned, such as holiday items. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Customers are responsible for shipping fee when returning. Please email us at info@dutchmansut.com if you are wanting to start a return.
